Sometimes, I mistake noises by inanimate objects or animals for my child.
Fairly often, when she's taking a nap in her room, I'll hear the dog barking next door and think it's her making noise.
Yesterday, we were at Kohls and my husband and I split up to do some shopping and he took the baby. I was wandering around looking for him and I heard some noises from the registers and I thought it was my baby.
This just goes to show that my child makes weird noises. I'm pretty sure it's not my fault.
